Custom Orders

All custom orders for bags, pouches, and fabric accessories are subject to a separate written agreement or order confirmation. Production begins only after both parties have agreed to specifications, pricing, and timeline. Orders requesting a physical sample prior to full production are subject to additional sample fees unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All content on vefthranphulmriz.world — including text, layouts, and design — is the property of Vefthranphulmriz. Client-supplied artwork and branding files remain the property of the respective client. By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold the necessary rights to use and reproduce it on the ordered products.

Customer-Supplied Materials

If you supply your own fabric or other materials, you accept responsibility for their suitability. Vefthranphulmriz accepts no liability for defects or failures arising from client-supplied materials once they have passed initial review.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vefthranphulmriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services shall not exceed the value of the relevant order or, where no order exists, one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Vefthranphulmriz relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services, both parties agree first to attempt to resolve the matter informally in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, United States, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
