Return Policy

Because every item produced by Vefthranphulmriz is custom-made to your specifications, our return policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Return Timeframe

Given the custom nature of our products, we do not offer general returns for change of mind. However, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect or your order does not match the approved sample or written specifications, you must notify us within the timeframes set out below so we can review your claim.

Custom Orders

All custom fabric bags, pouches, and accessories are produced specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item was produced with a confirmed manufacturing defect or deviates materially from the approved sample and written specifications.

Conditions for Returns and Adjustments

To be eligible for a repair, replacement, or credit, the following conditions must generally be met:

  • The issue relates to a clear manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the approved sample and written specifications.
  • The item has been used only in a normal and intended manner and has not been altered or misused after delivery.
  • You contact us within the applicable timeframe and provide sufficient information and photographs for us to assess the claim.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Your order reference number
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Upon review, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit at our discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Sample Approval

Vefthranphulmriz provides a physical sample before full production begins. Once a sample has been approved in writing by the client, full production proceeds on the basis of that approved sample. Returns based on design preferences that were agreed upon during sample approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged in Shipping

Items damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Retain the original packaging and contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier and, where applicable, produce replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fully custom orders that match the approved sample and specifications
  • Orders with client-supplied fabrics or materials once production is underway
  • Items altered or modified after delivery
  • Items returned outside of the stated notification timeframes, unless required by applicable law

Return Shipping Costs

If we confirm a manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the approved sample or written specifications, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where available. In all other cases, including returns not accepted under this policy but handled as a courtesy, you are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because our products are made to order, cancellations are time-sensitive. You may request to cancel an order before production has begun, and we will confirm whether cancellation is possible. Once cutting or production has started, cancellation may not be available, or may be subject to a partial charge to cover materials and work already completed.

Refund Process

Where a refund or credit is approved, it will generally be issued using the original method of payment or as a studio credit, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. We will process refunds as soon as reasonably possible after approval of your claim and receipt, where required, of the returned item.

General Legal Requirements

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory law in your jurisdiction, the law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
